  About Us

GESG is open to opportunities, wherever they may be found, however, it tends to focus on sectors in which it has demonstrated expertise, such as: Agricultural, Agribusiness, Shelter & Housing, Heat & Light, Health, Education, Training, Community Development, Modernization & Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery & Disaster Recovery Institutes, Administrative Services, Due Diligence, Environmental Programs, establishing International Standards, and Joint Venture partnering.

In a world awash with information, insight is often in short supply. GESG's edge, is its ability to leverage the local insight of its own professionals, collaboration within the firm's global divisions and infrastructure, its experience from past deal-sourcing and due diligence activities, which resulted from past portfolio company developments. This results in a broader view of potential private investment opportunities, and a deeper level of expertise, thereby creating value for the GESG portfolio of companies. This translates into superior returns for GESG, and its joint venture partners.

GESG’s conservative investment philosophy and disciplined investment processes, for 2007/2008, are primarily focused on GESG's operations in the Asia Pacific Ocean Developing Countries.

GESG, as an international group, assists in the Asia Pacific Ocean regions, thereby bringing new opportunities to the people and the economies in these third world countries/regions. GESG's Asia Pacific Ocean Areas Operations, has its Regional Headquarters based in Singapore.

Other than our own programs, GESG is set-up to assist those who also wish to develop projects, and who propose helping third world countries, in the development of trade, and the provision of all kinds of humanitarian benefits.

We do not solicit funds. Parties approaching GESG, will find that we will clearly outline the minimum requirements that must be met, re the quality and standards of project submissions.

GESG does not represent any government body, however, this website provides some direct links to international bodies, regulatory authorities and trade offices, so as to assist project applicants more easily locate country specific regulatory information.

We only accept offers of Joint Venture parties offering services to GESG, who we find to be acceptable, compliant, and who pass all of our due diligence investigations.

GESG does not endorse, support or engage, any party, which presents projects that are not self-sustainable, do not assist the economy of a country, do not provide humanitarian benefits, or which are not compliant with all statutory laws of the countries in which a proposed project is intended to operate.

ANTI-CORRUPTION
&
ANTI-BRIBERY
(in Developing Countries)

GESG's mission objectives, actively employs research, due diligence and commercial intelligence (CI), with respect our investment philosophies, disciplined investment processes and operations.

In 2007, we committed to a substantial implementation of resources and investment, primarily to operations in the Asia Pacific Ocean countries.

Our emphasis on anti corruption, provides us with accurate, timely, and relevant information, about techniques for the countering of corruption, within the business environments of the countries in which we operate.  The primary objective of CI in this regard, is to support all management decision-making, by reducing any uncertainty about any situation, to a satisfactory level of acceptance, recognizing that absolute certainty is impossible.

The second CI objective, is to assist management in protecting the Company and/or its employees by observing guidelines set down by the Chamber of Commerce International (CCI).  The CCI provides us with information re active and passive measures, all intended to detect corrupt practices, and this is invaluable information used in evaluating our Company's ongoing corporate strategies.

CCI provides many techniques designed to assist the detection and subsequent countering of corruption, and/or political exploitation.

GESG's Company guidelines and objectives, demonstrate that we possess positive protective procedures, with respect where we invest.

These same protective procedures are used to monitor and insure, that our investments, intended for GESG project beneficiaries, arrive at the correct destination, and that they are utilized specifically for their intended purposes, by limiting all avenues of loss.
