GESG Members ONLY

The GESG Conference Software allows Members Only to communicate, "free" via the Internet.

This software utilises whatever combination of headset, microphone, speaker, webcam facilities that it detects are available on the computer that you are using to access the conference facilities..

This software is designed for use on personal computers, however, those using Apple Macintosh, can still use this software in conjunction with their own knowledge Mac/P.C. emulation software.

The Conference Software utilises all of its facilities when connected via broadband/ADSL connections, and will automatically disable high data traffic features, such as video, when connected via dial-up links.

The Conference software works most efficiently when connected via an Internet broadband service, however, it is still quite usable via any dial-up links, as long as they have a speed of 56kbs or faster.

Anyone may download the conference software, however, unless you are an Authorised Member, you will not otherwise be able to access this conference facility without having been issued with the conference facility's access password.

Conference
Time Clocks

Upon entering the Conference facilities, you will be presented with a set of major city location time clocks, which are kept dynamically updated.

These international clocks are to assist you with checking and pre-planning that you enter conferences at the scheduled conference start time

It is important to clearly establish with the Conference Coordinator, the country's city and time zone that should be used to cross-check your conference start time in your location.
